Black Hills Children's Home Foster Care and Adoption

The mission of the Dakota Heart Gallery of South Dakota is to enable children living in foster care in our communities to realize their dream of finding permanent, loving adoptive families to call their own.  The Gallery also raises awareness and educates the  community about the hundreds of children who desperately need and deserve the shelter and love of forever homes.  The portraits which help to capture the spirit and personality of each child are displayed within our community.

The Heart Gallery is a project facilitated by Children's Home Society to link kids with families.  Families being considered for a child are not necessarily Children's Home Society families.  The families may be licensed through the state or other private agencies.
