JIM BRUMMOND
Artist/Illustrator

JIM BRUMMOND has had the opportunity to be a positive influence on several area charities throughout his career. Through his graphic design work at Panther Graphics in Sioux Falls, he has shaped the look of CHS for over 20 years. Jim has worked on a wide variety of projects and is grateful he can use his talents to make a difference for kids in need.  He has designed the signature look and print material for the Orion Classic Golf Tournament every year since it started in 1995, and had the opportunity to redesign the logo this year.  Jim also runs a freelance business---Brummond Photo and Design, in Sioux Falls.  He is a graduate of the Colorado Institute of Art, and has been recognized locally, regionally, and internationally through awards such as "The Addys", and the International Design Conference in Aspen.
Jim enjoys raising his three boys with his wife, Christine. They remind him everyday of the importance of organizations such as CHS. He also enjoys biking, camping, cross country skiing, snowboarding, music, fishing, and many other things that he can share with his kids.  His boys played an important role in the creation of this book.  They had ideas and input throughout the entire process.  Jim would like to recognize them as the real experts.
