If you have complaints or concerns about our care of your child we would like to hear from you.  Generally, your Family Therapist can provide the best information about your child.  If there is a conflict with the therapist and it is not resolved with the therapist, you may appeal to the Program or Clinical Director.  If you are still unsatisfied you may contact either:
