Children’s Home Society has opened an emergency foster home for the Black Hills area.  This home provides an immediate, safe, child-friendly place for children who experience the trauma of being removed from abusive homes.

Children can be provided emergency care for up to 30 days until a court determines that a child can be safely returned to a relative, or until more lasting foster care arrangements can be made.
