Thank you for your generosity and interest in holiday giving for Children’s Home Society!  Attached is the CHS “Christmas Wish List”.  These are wishes that are needed in classrooms, in living units, by foster care & adoption workers, and by the nurses, cooks, and support staff that all have a part in caring for our kids.

We do prefer that gifts arrive unwrapped for easier sorting and organization.  Gifts can be delivered December 13, 14, or early in the week of December 17-21.  Please call and let us know when you plan to come, so we can be on hand to meet you, to help you unload, and to thank you!

NEW THIS YEAR!

We have registered nearly half of our wish list at WalMart.  We hope this will make your gift-giving experience both fun and easy!  Anything shown in bold type on the attached wish list in this email is registered at WalMart. 

How it works:

For those who like the fun of in-store shopping, you can print our wish list at your nearest WalMart (located at the jewelry counter), or from your own computer before you leave home.  For those who enjoy on-line shopping, you can simply visit the WalMart.com web site. 

Select “wish list” rather than “registry”.  You will be asked for a first and last name.  Simply put the word “children” in each space.  Then select South Dakota as the state, and submit.  You will be directed to a list of items. (Please note that not all items are available on-line).

For on-line shoppers: Please be sure to check the gift box and fill out a gift card so we know who to thank!  Please include your full name.  If you wish, you may ship directly to CHS, using the street address (not the PO Box).
