Each year at this time, Children's Home Society
(CHS) uses the Little Red Stocking Campaign to raise funds for operating
support. With gifts from caring friends, over 2,000 children a year are helped
through residential treatment, education, emergency shelter, forensic interview
& examination centers, foster care, adoption services & relative placements. The
majority of these children are victims of severe abuse and neglect.
For the children at CHS, happiness means
physical safety, food, shelter, and loving attention from people who truly care.
Little Red Stocking Campaign proceeds help
ensure that our children's essential needs are met--today and tomorrow. These
are simple gifts indeed.
